How do I create a Fresh House Cleaners Account?

When you book a service an account is automatically created for you. You can keep logging into your account using this link:  https://Freshhousecleaners.launch27.com/login

Do you service my area?

Currently we are serving the Los Alamos county area only. We’re hoping to expand to near by towns.

Do you have a cancellation fee?

There will be a 10% cancellation charge from the total invoice. The cancellation charge must also be done 24 hours in advance.

How much will it cost?

We price based on the number of bedrooms/bathrooms and size of the home. Select the correct numbers and the price will be shown instantly on our booking form.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products, and equipment?

We bring our own cleaning supplies. Alternatively, we can use your own supplies if you have a preference on the type of products that need to be used in your home. If you don’t have a functioning vacuum cleaner please let us know.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Absolutely! We have a variety of extra tasks you can select from in our booking form such as cleaning the inside of the fridge or an oven. You can also leave us a message in the booking form.

Pricing & Policies

Do I need a deep cleaning or heavy deep cleaning?

Deep cleaning (also known as our first time cleaning) covers the extra space that normally doesn’t get cleaned during every visit and the extra time needed for all areas such as the bathroom.

A Heavy Duty Deep Cleaning is for homes that need more than a deep cleaning. Example some declutter, excessive animal fur, dirt, and some trash. Can be selected in addition to move-in and move-out cleanings as well. If you are unsure if you need this type of cleaning give us a call.

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Everyone on the Fresh House Cleaners team have been interview in person and pass a nationwide detailed background check.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

The only way we can make things right is if you contact us right away. We promise to take care of it.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

If you are not 100% satisfy we will send somebody back again to make it right ( within a 7 day window) free of charge. If you still believe that our work it’s not up to your standards we promise to make it up to you.
